キャンセルポリシー Cancellation Policy

お申し込み・ご入金後のキャンセルにつきましては、以下のとおりとさせていただきます。
■ 教材お渡し前のキャンセル
ご入金後、教材（動画視聴URL・PDFテキスト・型紙・その他講座に付随するデータ等）をお渡しする前までのキャンセルにつきましては、講座代金の30％を事務手数料として申し受け、残額（振込手数料等を差し引いた金額）をご返金いたします。
■ 教材お渡し後のキャンセル
教材をお渡しした後は、教材の性質上、講座代金の100％をキャンセル料として申し受けます。返金はいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
■ 動画受講について
動画受講をお申し込みの場合は、動画視聴URLを送付した時点で教材のお渡し完了となります。そのため、動画視聴URL送付後のキャンセル・返金はお受けできません。
■ Zoomレッスンをご欠席される場合
Zoomレッスンにご参加いただけなかった場合でも、動画受講への変更が可能な講座につきましては、動画受講への変更をもって受講済みとさせていただきます。
なお、講座によっては動画受講への変更ができない場合もございますので、各講座のご案内をご確認ください。
急なご事情などでご参加が難しくなった場合は、できる限り対応させていただきますので、お早めにご相談ください。
■ 主催者都合による中止について
講師の体調不良、災害、通信障害、その他やむを得ない事情により講座を開催できない場合は、日程変更または受講料を全額返金いたします。
Our cancellation policy following registration and payment is as follows.
■ Cancellation Before Course Materials Are Provided
For cancellations made after payment has been received but before course materials (video streaming URLs, PDF texts, patterns, and other data associated with the course) have been provided, we will charge a 30% administrative fee of the course fee and refund the remaining balance (after deducting bank transfer fees, etc.).
■ Cancellations After Course Materials Have Been Provided
Once course materials have been provided, due to the nature of the materials, we will charge 100% of the course fee as a cancellation fee. Please note that we cannot issue refunds under these circumstances.
■ Video Course Enrollment
If you enroll in a video course, the delivery of course materials is considered complete once the video viewing URL is sent to you. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations or issue refunds after the video viewing URL has been sent.
■ If You Are Unable to Attend a Zoom Lesson
Even if you are unable to participate in a Zoom lesson, for courses where switching to the video-based format is possible, we will consider the course completed once you switch to the video-based format.
Please note that switching to the video-based format may not be possible for some courses, so please check the details for each course.
If you are unable to participate due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate you, so please contact us as soon as possible.
■ Cancellation Due to Organizer Circumstances
If a course cannot be held due to the instructor’s illness, a natural disaster, communication failures, or other unavoidable circumstances, we will reschedule the session or issue a full refund of the course fee.
